The home and property of Selwyn Shores Waterfront Bed & Breakfast is for the exclusive use of checked in guests. It is not suitable for guests to have their own guests over.

Bookings may be made by telephone or e-mail request. It is not considered a booking by Selwyn Shores until it is confirmed with a credit card

Preferred payment for your actual stay is by personal cheque, e-mail transfer or cash. HST will be added to the total bill as per government requirements

Gratuities are always welcome, but not included in the quoted room rate. It is at your discretion if you provide a gratuity and it should be given directly to the person who provided the superior service.

48 hour notice for cancellation, or a charge of one nights stay is imposed
